A classic French strawberry cake featuring sponge cake, vanilla pastry cream, and fresh strawberries arranged around the cake.

 

• Opéra

A refined French dessert made with almond joconde layers, espresso syrup, silky coffee buttercream, and dark chocolate ganache.

 

• Chocolate Raspberry Mogador

Our most decadent option: chocolate and raspberry layers combined into a smooth mousse cake with bright berry notes.
