1. What tea sets do you offer?

We offer three delightful tea sets priced at $30, $40, and $50. Each set is designed for two people to share.

 

2. How do I place an order?

To guarantee the availability of your preferred tea set, we recommend placing your order at least 48 hours in advance. You can order by phone or email.

 

3. Can I order for same-day pickup?

Only the Value Tea Set is available for walk-in customers at our West Edmonton Mall location, subject to availability. For other sets, pre-ordering is advised.

 

4. How do I pay for my order?

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order. You can pay by credit card over the phone during our Mill Woods business hours or via eTransfer to chez.reinette@gmail.com.

 

5. What if I have a party of three?

For parties of three, you can order an additional tea set or select extra items such as tea or sandwiches to share.

 

6. Do you have gluten-free options?

While we do not offer a dedicated gluten-free tea set, we do have gluten-free items available: Mont Blanc, Rose Green Tea Macaron, and all 19 flavors of regular macarons.

 

7. Are there any specific ingredients I should know about?

Please note that Mont Blanc and Apple Cheesecake contain gelatin, while Key Lime Tart and Rum & Vanilla Canelé contain alcohol.

 

8. Can I choose drinks upon arrival?

Yes, you can select your drinks upon arrival at the café.

 

9. Is walk-in service available?

Yes, walk-ins are welcome, but we highly recommend preordering to ensure you get your preferred items.
